Wim Rietveld cabinet for Gispen

Completely in love with this modernist bookcase / cupboard / room divider. 
It’s model 663, designed by Wim Rietveld in 1954 for Gispen. A rare piece, very hard to find and highly sought after today. 

A true Dutch design icon.

This modular bookcase can be customized to your taste. The doors can be moved to other positions. The cabinet is freestanding and can therefore also be used as a room divider. It has a gray steel frame and shelves. And it has colored doors, side and back panels. A fantastic work of industrial art. The cabinet is in good condition with signs of wear due to age and use. Some shelves have corrosion as you can see in the pictures.
